Hello, we have some Zebra devices (TC57, TC57X, TC58) with Android 10 and Android 13 that when you use the remote control, do not appear any notification to de user.

But recently we have deployed a TC27 Android 13 device that allways show notification of remote control.

Is ther any way to avoid it?

Since the last version of MX, the new parameter "RemoteCastNotification" gives you the capability to hide this icon :
https://techdocs.zebra.com/stagenow/5-12/csp/ui/#remote-control-icon-showhide

You need the last OS available on TC27 (13-29-20.00-TG-U00-STD-ATH-04) to be able to use this feature.

Confirming the same. You can deploy this via MX as an XML based SOTI Package or potentially via OEMConfig provided that your device meet the minimum MX level required.

Thank you Benjamin, it works fine for the notification that appears in the notification bar.

For the notification that appears when you scroll down the notification bar, i will disable the notifications for mobicontrol app.

Thank you all!

I just realized that the second notification, the one that appears when you pull down the notification bar, I don't have the option to remove until I receive a first remote control connection, which is not feasible for many devices.

Is there any way to remove this notification?

First to your question: Not as i know of, as long as the user doesn't need to accept the remote control and that this is the real thing you complain about.
If that's the case you may need a plugin or a newer version of the Agent and/or console (as Zebra stopped signing the plugins). But i guess here are people with more experience regarding Zebra devices but first please clarify if you complain about the "info" or that the user need to grant you access.
