We have new zebra TC26 devices running android 11 with mobicontrol 15.3.3.1065 agent 15.1.3.1071. We are having issue with remote control of the devices. If device lockscreen is active RC is view only. After user unlocks screen we can access .devices.with RC. added screenshot of the screen.

What OS version. mobicontrol version, and mobicontrol agent version are you using?
Please try Install Device Plugin.
Installing device plugin fix the issue, don't know how i missed that. But many thanks!

made it a difference if you use the "Webbased" or the "Plugin" Remote option?
Has the MobiControl the full Control Permission on the Device ?
Enrolled is the Device as Enterprise Device ?
No difference when trying webbased or plugin option for RC.
We do enrollment with stagenow profile, enrolling as DO.
There is new option for android 11 in stage now. Should we
use this option to define mobicontrol as Admin app?
When you reach this screen in remote control, just press the page up button on your keyboard. It will proceed to the active device screen.
Tried your option, it did activate the screen and offered pattern entry but from RC the screen is still same.
I can even enter the pattern but i can't see it from the RC screen.
