Remote Control Without Notification

Hello,

with TC77 and SOTI 14.3 we have a Problem with Remote Control.

In the Group permission is "Control Without Notification" activated but the User get an Notification.

Where can we configure the Remote Control Notification Settings?

Are you using Remote Control or Remote View? The Zebra plugin will be needed if you want to leverage silent Remote Control on the TC77 under AE

we using RemoteControl. Oh okay, we will test it with the Zebra plugin

Have you tried device(s) of other brand(s)/model(s) in the same device group with the same web-console administrator account?  Do you experience the same problem in such case(s)?
