Hello,
I have a problem with tablets on lockdown, since i updated the agents, thay emit notification noises at random time and max volume, even when there is no notfication on my device.
Is there a way to solve this ? My tablets are samsung Galxy 5e and S6 lite.
Maybe it's not the notification but battery protection?
Look into that (i know that only from Lenovo tablets yet) and turn off this notification (on the Lenovo with A10 it's under sounds -> charging sounds).
Have you downloaded device agent log file to check for possible log entries giving more details related to the notification problem?
Found the problem. It was a bug one of my apps have with the lockdown.
