How can I setup an e-mail alert for failed file syncronization?
I've found alert rule only for successful file syncronization.
As far as I know, there is no such alert.
However, as there will be log entries for failed operation related to file-synchorization, a possible workaound I can think of is probably to use REST API's to poll log entry of target devices for specific log message patterns.

Could you please confirm your version of MobiControl, and the types of devices you are using with the File Sync?

Currently we are using MobiControl Version: 15.0.2.1049 and mostly Honeywell Scanpal EDA50 devices with Adroid 7.1.

Thank you for confirming.
You are correct that for your devices we currently have the option to set a Device Event Alert for File(s) Synchronized. Therefore I ask that you contact SOTI Support (support@soti.net) to open a new case and raise this as a Feature Request so we can evaluate creating a File Sync Failed Alert.
