Custom Data Collection "Connection Type"

Hi,

I would like to have a custom data collection with the connection type of a device.

Currently this is not possible when choosing the custom data options (MC v13.4)

Is there any way to get this custom data, i.e. with the help of an INI file?

Hello Thorsten,

Thank you for your post.

Custom data pulls the data through either .xml or .ini file.

Unless you have a custom application that retrieves the connection type data from the devices and places that information on the device as a .ini or .xml file, we do not have an option of using Custom data collection to determine the connection type of the device.
