Is there any method (official or unofficial) for exporting Packages from an existing MobiControl instance so that they can be migrated to a new instance if you no longer have the original Package file?
I found them in C\ProgramData\SOTI\MobiControl\SharedFileCache\Packages\ which should work for On Premise versions. Is there any way to extract or export the packages from a cloud instance?

SOTI currently does not support exporting packages from the environment in any official method. This functionality is however on the roadmap for a future release of the product.
