Is there a way to disable this one option in Chrome "Open in Chrome browser" or just disable the toolbar settings altogether? The links are blocked but the toolbar is still showing, we want to hide it

We have a weather app on our lockdown kiosk and inside of that app it gives you a few links for updated weather news, when they click on the link to get to the site we have it blocked so they can't access it. However, they have access to the Chrome settings/tabs on the toolbar where we are trying to disable this option (first screenshot) so they cannot get to all the chrome settings (the second screenshot) which then takes them to options such as inputting their credit/debit card information. Is there a way to disable just this setting or open the app in full screen without the toolbar accessible altogether? We don't want to disable Chrome completely. As this is only links available inside this one app.

If I remember correctly, similar questions have been asked in this forum many times in the past few years.

As far as I know, there is still no options to configure what you require.  To verify and get the most up-to-date information,  you can keep an eye on Google official documentations on AppConfig compliant managed configuration parameters supported in the latest Chrome browser apps.

Please note that even if there is such option documented, thorough tests on your targeted device model/firmware version cannot be skipped as actual implementation in the app binary installed onto your devices may deviate from what is described in the documentation.

I would agree. This appears to be a Chrome Custom Tab (CCT) rendered by this mobile application. The last time I checked we didn't have any exposed configurations as admins for CCT that would allow us to restrict that sort of access. I believe the application developer themselves would need to change their application to open a different form of in app webview than leveraging a CCT in order to have it restricted further.
