We are using MC Server Version 14.2.3.1069
Where can I manage the Andriod Device Agents used in the Add device rule?
I need to add a different Agent and cannot find any wrench icon beside Manage Android Agents in the Global Settings tab. (mentioned in the help file)
There is no such menu entry for manage agents.
Downloaded the agent form Soti Website and need to assign it to add device rule.
Using Google Play is not an option, the devices are not allowed to connect to google play store.
As mentioned in my previous post, this new feature is ONLY supported in v14.3 or later. You of course won't find it if you are using v14.2.3.1069 as you indicated in your earlier post.
Either upgrade your server to v14.3 or later, or perform agent injection manually on your server. However, the latter is often not recommended unless performed by Soti support/professional-service team or other expert(s) who know how to do that properly.
Android agent can be managed in the web console only from MobiControl v14.3 onwards. There is a 'Manage Android Agents' option in the Servers -> Global Settings tab.
