Just looking to confirm the icon reference for the Main Battery Status column. I think I know the answer but wanted to be sure. The battery icon that has the lightning bolt means that the battery has died? When the battery gets below X percent does it check in to update the battery to that symbol? Another user thought that means the device is charging but I don't believe that is the case. See image below, thanks in advance!

It's been a while since I have had this situation in a V13 environment or lower, but I believe that the symbol you are seeing indicates that the devices are in a charging state. Is there a reason that you believe this is not the case?
Mostly just looking for confirmation so our support staff is aware what it means. In general that lightning icon is the charging icon, but looking across all of our devices registered in Mobi, it's very rare to see that icon so that's what made me think it might be a lower battery or dead battery symbol. Any way to confirm that would be great.
