Did you try doing a check-in on the device in question, and then refreshing to check if the value is correct in SOTI?

Statistics like the battery percentage are not going to be reflected in real time. As Ian mentioned you can perform a forced check in to refresh this data on a given device or group of devices, otherwise it will be collected at the scheduled check-in time. 

In addition to what Matt just said,  battery level in between check-in times can also be collected by the device agent based on data collection rule deployed.  Such data about battery level with collection timestamps, will however, be shown in the collected-data tab only after the data buffer have been flushed and sent to the MobiContol server during device check-in.
