Hello,
Is there a way for an Android app to detect if the device she is installed on is enrolled in MobiControl ? An official Android API maybe, a MobiControl broadcast or something like that ?

Maybe if you enroll the app via Mobicontrol and provide relevant amanaged app config to it (if supported by that app).
I don't know about any other way. But may i ask the background of your question?
There are many open-source Android app that report apps installed/running on an Android device. You can reference those to code in your app to find if a MobiControl device agent has been installed.
You can also implement a customize intent in your app and add MobiControl policy to send such intent to the app with specific parameter(s) to tell the app that the intent is from a Soti agent (e.g. via script in scheduled task)
Finally, if you implement you app compliant to AppConfig framework, you can also add MobiControl apps policy to configure specific parameter with predefined value to identify the MDM solution/agent as Soti MobiControl.
