Hi,
We have a few Samsung Galaxy TabS4 devices with mobicontrol agent ver. 13.7.5...the problem is, that after synchronization it disables "automatic date and time" in the settings, however we have an app, that this setting is mandatory for.
Build number for the server is: 14.1.3.1587
So far I've tried turn on and off the "time synchronazation" in the advanced setting in mobicontrol, but that didn't helped.

I am using MobiControl Build and Agent Build 14.1.1 and not experiencing that issue, Are you able to upgrade one of your tablets to a newer version of the agent and test it?

Does the setting get turned off automatically every sync even after changing it back or does it only happen the once?

it seems that it did the trick, however now I've noticed, that I can not upgrade the agent OTA.
The device status states that the agent upgrade is enabled, however when I click on "upgrade agent" it sais, that none of the devices will get the action because they are compatible already.
I want to upgrade samsung ELM agent 13.75 to 14.0 OTA....any suggestions here?

Try going into Manage Android Agents and Plugins within Global Settings, You can manage agents from there.
