Hi team,
We are facing issue after enroll the device "User action pending pop up in lockdown mode in AE configured device" after clicking the notification,it will take google account, completing work configuration,please see attached document
From your screenshot, it seems that your device has been enrolled into AE work-profile mode. However, you mentioned about lockdown mode, which is supported only for device in AE device-owner mode.
To clarify, please check from the device agent configuration tab or web-console device's information tab what are the active MDM api's on your enrolled device.
Did you use Managed Google account or Managed Google-Play account in the Add-Devices rule used to enrol this device?
Is your device restricted to a closed corporate network or have full access to the internet?
