Account action required: Android Enterprise

We keep getting the notification that there is account action requiered.

When trying to do this, I get the Google login screen where the e-mailadres field is already prefilled with "Android Enterprise". When clicking continue, it gives an error: fill in a valid e-mailadres.

We are unable to change this field when clicking on it. (No keyboard is appearing and also no cursor, so I guess you don't need to change this).
If I check "accounts" on the phone, I see 2 "work" accounts:

What can be the issue here?

Do you want to have a separate profile on the managed device ? It looks like you enrolled it in COPE mode.

Please confirm how would you like this device to be enrolled as - Work Profile or Work Managed?

No idea why is see two google accounts, but we want to enroll these devices as COPE.

So the users could use their own personal account and have a work profile managed by the organization.

Thank you for your reply!

Please factory reset the device and re-enroll it one more time. 

When creating an add device rule, please make sure you check the box for "Enroll your fully managed device with a work profile". Screenshot attached.

If the issue persists, please call our support line or create a case with us and we will be happy to investigate it further.
