Managed Enterprise - EMPTY_TOKEN

Hi,

I use MobiControl 14.3.1.1189 on premise and I created an Managed Enterprise and also added this to our enrollment rule.

On the device I get the pending action to add an account, but if I click on the entry, nothing happens and in the logs I can see the following message: "Error message received from device (Managed Google Play Account Status:'EMPTY_TOKEN')"

After creating the Managed Enterprise did you bind it to your SOTI instance before creating the Enrollment Rule? I'm assuming so if you were able to select is as an option in the Enrollment Rule but wanted to confirm.

Hi,

yes.

However I'm not sure if I created the Managed Enterprise correctly.. all I did was to select Manged Enterprise:

then on the site from Google that opened I entered the privacy officer and another contact and then the site returned me to my MobiControl console, where the binding appeared after a few minutes.

Then I added the Managed Enterprise to my enrollment rule.

Hello Chris,

I had the same problem.

In my case the solution was, to use the internal wifi after one minute the device enrollment was completed.

Kind regards

Johann

Hi Johann,

thank you for your answer! I'll try it asap.

However it's more like a workaround and not a real solution for the problem.
