To handle the general case that a device can go offline for different reasons, you need to add a data collection rule to collect location information.    When the device gets back on-line and connected to the Mobicontrol server,  the location data collected will be used to interpolate timestamps and distances, and to generate back the geofence alert(s) that might have been missed while the device was offline.

i have created data collection rule for location . and location is coming also .

now device is out side the geo fence i selected . but Alert is not getting generated 

Your screenshot only shows collected data for a essentially stationary device for about half an hour only (actually before the time the genfence alert rule is enable, but no data after)?   Did your collected data cover the time period when your device cross the geofence?

Did you set your alert rule for geofence-entry, genfence-exit or both?  Was the device inside or outside the geofence when you activated both rules?   Do you know the approximate time the device entered or exit the geofence? 

Also, did you enable the option "Execute alert action even if this alert has been previously raised but not yet closed" in  your geofence alert rule?

Geo fencing is working perfectly when device is Switch on and crossing or entering the Geo fencing . but our issue is MDM is not detecting when device is offline while device is crossing geo fencing  and user switch on the device when he is out side the geo fence . 

just for your reference : we are using it for sales. and we don't want that sales agent go to another sales agent area.

No i implemented it just now when u suggested

yes i have set alert rule for both entry and exit. device was outside when i created the rule . it exited that Geogence  2 hrs before.

yes i have enabled in both exit and enter alert rules .

Now that you have your data collection rule added,  you have to get your device in or out of your defined geofence to test if the configurations done are OK.  MobiControl server will not have any alert triggered for entry or exit event(s) happening during off-line periods if no location data collection is configured beforehand.
