Hope you are doing well. 

We are trying to set geofencing rules so that all the devices that leave a chosen area receive an alert. This is the process I follow:

1. Creating a geofence from the device location in the device details window

2. Creating an alert, and select the geofence created in 1. 

After that, I tested the alert by leaving the geofence area, unfortunately, I didn't receive any alert. But I remark that MobiControl was able to track the device location.
