Charts reporting No Data Available

I am gradually adding our staff to our MobiControl console and just noticed that the charts on my dashboard are showing no data.  I've tried custom and built-in charts but all say no data available.  When I first started using the console I had charts, however something happened to my account and I had to have a new one set up by support - could it be something to do with my new account?  I'm running Version: 14.4.2.1307.

Hello, 

Currently 87.  I will be adding more quite quickly over the next few months as I enroll the rest of the organisation.  I had charts showing when I only had a few devices on the system, but not now.

I had the same issue, reinstalling mobicontrol solved this problem for me.
