What Ports are Used in Deploying Application Policies

Hello everyone i am currently working on deploying application policies for my organization. I would like to know which ports are used in the process of deploying application policies. Specifically, I would like to know which ports need to be open on our firewall for a successful deployment.

Devices on our network are receiving the application policy and applying it without any issues, as I have uploaded the application to SOTI's server and am using the enterprise deployment method.

However, when devices are outside of our network, the application policy is not being installed. When I check the Mobicontrol agent on the devices, it doesn't even recognize that the policy has been applied. I would appreciate any insights on this issue.

It shoud be the "Google Play" (if you mean the managed google play store and not enterprise app policy) entrys but for the devices themselves it could be more to be opened to Google servers.

Thank you for your help, i have checked the network port information, but what happen to me is that, in some networks, the device can reach de server, you can remote control it and other options apparently works fine, but i if a use a application rule based on enterprise, no Google play application it doesnt apply.

Just want to know specifically witch port is used to deploy this policy. It is not a problem because i know that in other network works fine everything.

Your devices must be able to reach the Deployment Server(s) via ports 443 and 5494 in order to get any profiles or policies.
