iOs Device Couldn't be Enrolled

Hi all,

We are trying to enroll a new device in Soti. However, we get the following error when trying to download the iOS Enrollment Profile (at the last step, during the download).

Could you please help us resolve this issue?

Note:

  • This device may have been enrolled before. However, when I check VPN & Device Management, there is no profile installed.
  • We do not get this error when enrolling other iOS devices.

You haven't provided sufficient background information.  E.g.

- Device iOS version

- Version and build number of MobiControl server

- Enrollment mode (supervised/unsupervised), and your enrollment procedure  (enrollment ID/URL, etc,)

- Has the device been enrolled on the current MobiControl server before? 

- Any related log entries in deployment server log file

etc.

iOS version : 18.2

MobiControl Version: 15.6.3.1018

Enrollment Procedure: URL

I am not sure if this device is enrolled before, i already checked the VPN&Device Management but there was no profile there.

Note: I could not find the "enrollment mode"
