Enrollment Failed

hi,

I have a problem when enrolling a device where the device fails to enroll and
I check the server deployment log it appears like this.

Hi,

did you have a SHA2 Certificate & a SHA1 Certificate in your MCAU ?

Do oyu try to enroll an Adnroid Device with Android 10 or Higher?

I use the SHA2 certificate and I tried to enroll android below 10 and above 10.

is that Problem happen on any Device what you try to new Enroll to your Installation ?

What MobiControl Version do you have?

What Device with what Android Version you try to enroll ?

If not, would you please let us know the following?

 

1. MobiControl version

2. Device model

3. Enrollment method (e.g. Android Enterprise? Android Classic QR Code?)

4. Does it happen to all devices or only to some? If some, what are they?

5. How many deployment server(s) do you have?
