By default, the limit is set to 6 apps for the lockdown, but you can edit the HTML template being used to add more items to the list. The lockdown templates can be accessed by clicking on the "Templates" button in the lockdown profile configuration.

You could also use the Dynamic Template. That template allows up to 100 items.
