Have you added the browser into the lockdown configuration? You can add the bundle ID and remove the image if that helps.

As Russel already wrote, you need to add all needed applications to the lockdown.

So, in your case the browser used (chrome?). You can hide it by removing the relevant item from the template (i recommend to use always the starting ones, so put the browser as the first item and in the template remove the first item).

If you wish to hide the browser icon from the lockdown screen, you must edit the template to remove the icon from the device screen. However, exercise caution when editing the template, as it may impact all devices.
