Hi,
I created a MobileControl technician as a user.
Then I would assign this role to a specific folder / place ( for exemple A is NY, B is LA, C is London).
Finally I want that this technican can only manage the A folder NY and he can not go to B or C in the tree.
Could you help me, please ?

You can first create a new role "Technician_A" and configure the "General Permissions" using that of "MobiControl Technician" role as your reference template. Then edit the "Device Group Permissions tab, select group "A", and configure the per-group permission options, also using those for the default "My Company" device group for "MobiControl Technician" role as your reference template. Finally, add your new user(s) in the "Users" tab of the "Technician_A" role.
Similarly, you can create a new role "Technician_B" for device group B, and add user(s) accordingly.
Assign that role to a technician (user) and inside of the role you can define device group permissions where you can do exactly what you are asking for (grant folder access including permissions (like remote control etc.) to that folder for this role).
