Can any one explain how erg is controlling traffic. we have some corporate application thet are not accessible on internet . so is it possible to access those application using erg .

Hi Anil.
If you want to access internal websites you will have to use SOTI Surf with ERG server(s).
You must install "SOTI apps server for SOTI surf" on your ERG server. The application asks for your Management-Server-FQDN and API-credentials.
The external ERG FQDN must point to this server. So traffic is being routed via ERG. ERG is then checking against Management-Server-API if the device which is now requesting, is correctly enrolled in MobiControl.
