IOS - airprint - printing - mutli subnet

We have IOS devices in network 1 and network printers in network 2. We would like to native print from the IOS devices.
This is only possible with airprint.

Is there a setting in Soti Mobicontrol profile, etc to present the printer to the IOS device?

This sounds like more of a configuration on your network than something you can set from SOTI. If the printers are on a completely different network or VLAN from the iOS devices then AirPrint is not going to be able to detect them.
