IOS - iPad iP address wrong or not known

we have ipad in different subnet.

There are iPads with the correct iP address.
However, there are also iPads for which the iP address is not correct or is not displayed, but the devices can be managed or communicate with MobiControl.

The devices can be "checked in" and also receive a response.

What do I have to do to update the IP address of the iPads on Soti?

The IP address parameter reported should be from the iPAD system firmware, and is very unlikely to be wrong.  How do you know the IP address are wrong?  Is it possible that the device end-user has manually configured the device to get connected via a local/private Wifi hotspot/access-point rather than via your known corporate network?

Please confirm if you had a chance to check the suggestion provided by Raymond?

In addition, please confirm what is the difference between working and non-working devices? From the screenshot provided by you, I can see that affected device is running OS version 15.2, what other differences do you find, and can you confirm if all affected devices run same OS version?
