I have registered a new trial user and login the soti system, but only a single icon 'SOTI CENTRAL' appears in the main board.
I add 'SOTI CONTROL' APP in Applications page and ready to assign a user to it. But in the assign user page, there're no any roles in the SelectRole box. Without selection to a role, the ASSIGN buttn is grey and can not be clicked.
Your trial instance of MobiControl server is likely not ready or not completely installed yet.
Send email with your instance information to support@soti.net to open an official support ticket. That should be much more fruitful.
Hi Kevin,
you may have to check if application is still connected with SOTI Identity.
Maybe the connection broke and it is not able to load the roles of the application.
You can also try to edit the user and assign the application there.

I can't assigning the user to the application cause there's no role I can select.
I enter into application page to add a new role, but when I select an application, there is no Mannage icon under the page. This is different from the help document here: https://www.soti.net/sotiidentity/help/en/applications/roles/add_user_role.html
