Multiple unlock PINs

Hello,

my needing is to log which user is using a company phone configured in a Lockdown profile.

Any solution could be good, for example I thought if it's possible to:

-assign different unlock PINs before entering the lockdown page

or

-automatically launch a webpage or another app that require a PIN to exit and go to Lockdown page

or

-set up multiple users, in a similar way to this discussion:

https://discussions.soti.net/discussions/android-lockdown-tablet-multiple-users-lockdowns

but I don't exactly know how to do that and I don't need a such complicated configuration, having multiple lockdown profiles and so on..

Thanks in advance

You could use a shared device where they have to login to MS using their credentials on the phone before being able to use it. Not sure if thats what you are looking for:

Hi Daniele,

I already mentioned five years ago in https://discussions.soti.net/discussions/android-lockdown-tablet-multiple-users-lockdowns that shared device mode can be used.  When I said multiple kiosk  CAN BE used, it already meant that the simpler case of having a single kiosk design for ALL log-in accounts is supported.

There's been many enhancements for shared-device use-cases in various recent MobiControl versions.  Once the device platform and models/firmware-version are known, and your AD/LDAP/IdP server has been chosen, determining what features are supported for your MobiControl server version should be relatively easy.

I'm just trying to enable Shared Device in a group.

I wanna use local authentication with Soti Identity as Identity Provider

But I always get the message "0 USER GROUPS FOUND"

The Service is enable with default Options
