We use ZScaler as Cloud-based proxy and would like to forward the traffic from SOTI MobiControl Cloud server to ZScaler.

Does SOTI MobiControl Global Proxy seetings support SAML-based authentication?

Its confirmed, MobiControl does not support SAML-based authentication for Global Proxy Settings at the moment. Regards,
