If you want only the agent to use the proxy, i don't know any way on android to acchieve this except configure proxy for a relevant wifi and exclude everything from it except the Soti agent which is (i guess) hard to be done.

You may use per-app vpn app but as said, it's vpn, not proxy.
Starting with 2025 you could use Soti vpn and configure per-app vpn via a profile (still not proxy).

Not sure about Windows in this case.

Make sure both types of devices are appropriately set up to route their connections through the specified proxy to connect to SOTI Cloud.
