Clevertouch Smart Screen Enrollment in MobiControl

We have 3x Sahara Clevertouch Smart Screens & would like to know if MobiControl would firstly enroll, and then control them. We can't find an agent to download under Sahara or Clevertouch. Is there a generic or custom agent to use to start testing on devices like these?

• Windows
• Zebra Printers
• Linux

Hi, all 3 CleverTouch Smart Screens are running Android 7.1 with processor instruction set armeabi-v7a

Without an OEM-specific Android+ device agent available, your last resort is to try out the generic Android-Enterprise device agent if your smart screen device does show the stanard Android set-up procedure upon device factory-reset.  When being prompted for your Google account, input afw#mobicontrol and see if the device firmware can support AE device enrollment.

Hi Adam,

The SOTI Product Team confirmed that currently we do not have any agent to enroll the Clevertouch Smart Screens into MobiControl and the generic agent would not help. As this is a smart screen technology, we would set the expectation to include these devices in MobiControl and as Product Team have indicated that this * isn't in the Product's road-map.
