I need "mobicontrol stage" for Android

hello,

we have some new zebra MC930B hand scanners and I need to get the mobi control agent on one of these for now.

I don't want to login and download via the google play store because others in our dept will also need to install

the soti agent on a few of these devices also.

In short I need the "mobicontrol Stage" app download to install on these android devices so that I and others and get the soti agent installed and talking to our soti server

Update:  I can install the mobicontrol agent by scanning a barcode on soti's web site.

Then I enroll and seems to work however I'm in remote view, I can't remote control

now researching this

ok, I used StageNow to push the android file to the device

StageNow barcode to download the AE agent from SOTI's website, install it, set it as DO, and then launch it automatically so that you can then input your enrollment ID. Best to start from a Factory Default state in order to avoid any complications with DO.

Hi Larry,

did you had tried it with the "Stage Now" Tool from Zebra to full Enroll the Device?

I know when you Download it Manually only, MobiControl is not the Device Owner and the App has not Really the Rights on the Device what you need ;).

Better you create an Code with the Zebra StageNow Tool for a Full Enrollment or you can try the Provided Code from Matt.

@Larry: If you are only having Remoteview instead of Remotecontrol i think the Plugin for the Zebra's is missing. Take a look here: https://docs.soti.net/mobicontrolagentdownloads/

You have to add it via profile/package or in newer Version of Mobicontrol you can go here: Global Settings -> Manage Android Agents and Plugins -> Device Plugins -> Zebra
