I don't know the direct answer, there would be better answer(s) here. But alternatively as a workaround, if the parent folder size is not so big what you may do is; you can do "device-to-server" file Sync rule (instead of server-to-device). You should send out a parent folder on one of your mobile devices that consist of many child folders/files first, and then by using a from device-to-server rule you'll have all this folders on your server side under the parent folder name. Then you can use it for your needs.  Some screenshots are as below:

You can do Remote Control one of your device that you can upload parent folder for send these out to server side purpose and click on Browser Folder to upload parent folder:
