The option to remote control via HTML5 has disappeared from the menu. Has anyone else noticed this? We have to use this more than the plug-in route due to our corporate network settings.
We're using MobiControl v13.4. The option was there yesterday.
What is the build number of your v13.4 MobiControl server? Have you performed any MobiControl server or device agent upgrade recently?

No, not performed any server or agent updates. Seems odd that this option should disappear for no apparent reason. Wasn't sure if it was just our access or was a SOTI thing?
