Hi, we try to configure an Android price checker with the lockdown option but we can't hide the bar with the back button.
Please provide more details of your device brand/model, enrollment mode, Android firmware and device agent versions.
Also, could you please attach a screenshot to show which bar you want to hide with the back button? Is the bar part of your mentioned "Android price checker" app? Is the back button a hardware or a software button?

We try the alternative with SotiSurf but now we have a problem with the scanner not sending the information in the hidden field.

Please provide why you want to hide (only) the back button. It could be that you search for a "wrong" solution.
Hi, It is a price checker and we don't want the customers to be able to use the back function.
Is it an app or just a "website" to be shown?
If it's just a website you could use a web-app in "full screen" then those system buttons should disappear.
