Were you trying to upgrade a device agent remotely?  Is your device using OEM-specific Android+ device agent or Android-Enterprise device agent?

Please elaborate details about what procedure you took and what you saw on your web-console or on your device screen?

We have always done it by following this link on the device.

https://docs.soti.net/mobicontrolagentdownloads/  then we select Mobi Control Device Agent Downloads -> Android OEM Specific Agent Plugins -> Agent Manufacturer Zebra, Model Zebra, Agent Version V14.1.7 -> Download and that's when we get the error. Other versions are working just 14.1.7 isn't.
