Hi there,
I hope someone can help me. I´ve trouble to install an OEM Config for Samsung devices.
The Profile is created and the licence has enough free seats.
No matter what I do, unassign, restart, checkin... this profile is still on pending

Do you provide the KSP app as well (without adding managed app config)? this is required in addition to the oem config profile if the app is not already installed.

Is it only this profile that is not installing, or are other profiles also failing to install?
I came across a situation where profiles were not being installed. Upon checking, we found that the KPE status was pending. We noticed that the device was using an older agent version. After updating the agent to a newer version, the KPE status was activated and the profiles were installed
All other profiles can be installed without any problems.
The current agent version is 2024.1.4.1149
MobiControl 2024.0.0.1075
I´ve tried the OEM config with XCover7 and Active Tab 5, both devices with Android 14.
I updated KSP to a newer version 1.4.72 and tried to apply the policies directly in KSP and get this:
You could enable debug mode and check what's statet then in KSP (hopefully more details) and so find the root cause which setting is failing as you use this package in multiple parameters.
