We currently use RemCapture to get a base and difference when updating handhelds and update the handhelds flash memory so if the handheld loses power (battery removed) or is hard reset it keeps the last update.
Is there a way to do this with Soti?

Thank you for posting on SOTI Central.
The MobiControl Agent utilizes the Stable Storage Folder on WinCE Devices. If I compare Zebra's RemCapture and our Agent, we don't have the function to move data from volatile areas to non-volatile (Stable Storage Folder) the same exact way. However, we do offer various scripting commands, for example. Copying data from one area to the other. This may be the solution you're looking for.
