Did you try to enroll your Samsung XCover5 as Android-Enterprise device in managed-device mode?

Do you have any new device icon added in the web-console when your problematic device shows a white screen?

Have you enabled the option "Enroll Device even if SafetyNet Attestation Fails" in your enrollment policy?

Yes the Enrollment Policie is configured on Android Enterprise.

What do you mean with new device icon added?

I have disabbled the Safty Net and have still the same problem.

When I asked about "new device icon added or not", I wanted to know whether or not your device has already been enrolled into the target device group configured in your enrollment policy while your device agent screen gets stuck at certain point.   You can also check if the number of free device license has been decreased by one or not.

Unless there is any special reason,  I would recommend my own customers to enable the "Enroll Device even if SafetyNet Attestation Fails" option under most circumstances.

As you have the words " Azure group" in the title of this discussion thread, could you please clarify whether or not you have reached the stage to input any user name and password credential before you see the blank device screen shown in your post?

Have you checked your MobiControl server log files for any warning/error messages related to the problematic device you try to enroll?

Ah okay sorry Raymond. No the device is not added. Yes i have cehcked the Server logs right now and can´t find any warning or error.

So i think the device try to enroll to Soti but can´t open the microsoft login site to authenticate the user who get this device.

Blank white screens have often meant SSL failures in my experience with Android. It's not a guarantee but I would at least you're not experiencing some sort of SSL trust issue with the site that the devices are trying to hit. A certificate could be expired or untrusted for some reason. The device date and time could be off.

Hi Matt,

how can i check it with the SSL failures?

I have found out one more thing. When i´m activate the authentication over a Azure group i get the white screen. Maybe there is a problem.

Hi Kevin,

Just wanted to confirm if you were able to enroll without any issues if "User Authentication for Enrollment" is set on "No"?

If this works, has enrollment through Azure groups worked previously?

Kind regards,
