I don't think what you need is possible for the latest Firefox released.  If you want such features configurable via MDM software such as Soti MobiControl, choose web-browser apps marked with "This app offers managed configuration"  when you search managed Google Play Store at https://play.google.com/work.  Some examples include Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc.

 Alternatively, you can choose Soti Surf secure browser app.
