According to some online documentations from Soti,  the following script command can be used with v13.5.1.1044+ agent to point to Wifi Proxy Auto Configuration (PAC) files on Android 6.0-7.1:

  setwifipacurl ssid PACfileURL

if device is zebra you can use the tool -> stageNow for to configure a wifi with proxy after generate the xml file by this tool

you can run a script with soti for to apply the wifi

I have read this in SOTI forum, but our devices are not from Zebra, we have devices from multiple vendors , Honeywell, Samsung, etc

I found this option in my 15.0 version, it is already there along with the wifi configuration.

The Wirfi payload options you mentioned/showed are actually also available for some later release versions of MobiControl v14.x, e.g. v14.4.7.     Those who are using earlier v14.x and v13.x server need to use script command instead.
