I am using Package Studio.
I created a new package project, added the Proglove Insight Mobile app apk file, added the proglove.proconfig and told it where I wanted to place the file, and then added a post install cmd to enable the keyboard that comes with the app.
The app itself installs with no issue but I think its failing when its trying to copy the config file to the app folder.
%sdcard%\Android\data\de.proglove.connect\files\proglove.proconfig
That is a "Scoped Storage" directory path that is blocked from access on Android 11+ devices. This is a fundamental principal of Android management on A11+ and is not a problem unique or specific to SOTI. ProGlove would need to provide you with an alternate solution for configuration that is compatible with A11+ devices because that configuration path is no longer an option.
For Proglove application, you better use app policies in Mobicontrol. Setup a new app policy as Enterprise application. Add the apk from progolve, then in Managed App Config -> ProConfig file content add the string from proglove. (When you create a configuration on proglove's website you have 3 options to apply it: File Tranfer / Barcode Scan / Copy String).
