I would like to create alerts using the REST api.
I can see the rules/alerts related to a particular device using /devices{deviceId}/rules. However I don't see where I can create a rule/alert.
I am running v15.1.2. If this isn't a current feature, is there a place I can make a feature request?

I am aware how to create the alerts manually using the steps you show. However I was to hoping to create alerts using APIs. That way I programmatically create the 100+ Geofence alerts that I need. That will keep from having fat finger mistakes and will allow me to make changes to all the alerts easily.

You would need to create a Feature Request for this, the process is to email our Technical Support email (support@soti.net / support.eu@soti.net). Then describe exactly what you need and it'll be raised internally and you'll be given a reference number.
On top of the above, in v15.3 we've introduced new API calls. I recommend you check them out via https://docs.soti.net/soti-mobicontrol/release-notes/.
