Regarding your concern, It has been confirmed that our Soti supports Windows 10 and 11, encompassing Pro and Enterprise editions, along with their respective sub-versions.

A fundamental prerequisite for Windows modern enrollment is the exclusion of the home edition.

While Windows Home can be utilized if agent installation is not a critical concern, it is not recommended due to the inability to install the MobiControl (MC) agent. Although pushing Configuration Service Providers (CSPs) is possible as Microsoft manages them, potential limitations may arise if our agent becomes necessary in specific scenarios.

There is, however, a notable exception. Enrolling Windows 11 Home as a modern device will not result in agent installation, given that the agent is unsupported on the home edition. Nevertheless, the remaining features will remain operational.

In the context of Windows 11 enrollment as a classic device, it is indeed feasible. However, it is essential to acknowledge the limitations, such as the limited amount of configuration which is a lockdown feature only within the Windows classic framework.

You should use Windows Modern rules to enroll Windows 10+ Windows Modern Devices (soti.net)

Thanks for posting on SOTI Pulse and thanks Zafer for responding to the post.

It is recommended by SOTI to use any new Windows devices with Windows Modern rule, it will provide more functionality compared to Windows Classic.
