This is more of Zebra issue than a SOTI issue, although you will probably still get your question answered here. 

The KeyMappingMgr CSP should definitely be supported on a TC56. Are you on a relatively new LG version?

What key/action are actually trying to map the PTT key to? I'm not familiar with a virtual keypad toggle option.

Have you tried manually mapping the key to confirm that it works before attempting the configuration with StageNow? I notice that the button on my TC52 is actually listed as LEFT_TRIGGER_2 and not a PTT key. You can map the PTT function to LEFT_TRIGGER_2 but its not referred to as a PTT key by the Key Programmer. Maybe you need to change your StageNow profile from PTT->New Key to LEFT_TRIGGER_2->New Key

Thank you for your reply , i tried your suggestion & created a barcode using "Left Trigger" but  the same error repeated.

In my zebra TC56 --->Settings---->Key Programmer Showing an error "MXFrameWork Version Service is not running

Cannot load key programmer".

MX version is 8.0 for my Zebra TC56   and i created stagenow barcode in the same version also.

Kindly look forward to resolve this issue.

That is somewhat surprising. Do you have multiple TC56 devices to test with? It sounds like the MX layer isn't working on that device for some reason. Are any other StageNow configurations working for you?

So I upgraded to 7.1 version and the problem Solved.
