On top of what Matt has asked, could you please confirm if the enrolled devices have been verified to be still under full control after the upgrade? This is more important than the speed of the web-console.
Also check if logs are not in verbose, those can cause also some trouble depending on how big the environment is.
Ofc if they are for good reason on verbose (because of troubleshooting) they need to stay but in general i would reach out to the support as Matt already said because with nor real information it's impossible to tell you why it's slow afterwards.

from which MC Version you have Upgrade to which Version ?
+ had been upgraded the Mandatoy requirements on the Server for the Update /Upgrade ?
+ how looks the Taskmanager at the Server - is some task using a high resource of CPU or RAm except the SQL Server.?
Have you tried to "sync Now" the Soti Search Index ?
Normlay when it is a Cloud instance the Soti Team is checking the Instance from my experience after the upgrade.
