Thank you for contacting SOTI. Is the MobiControl instance on Cloud, The performance of the server depends on number of factors like number of devices connected to deployment server, Number of web console users, Data collection rules and scheduled reports etc.  

Could you please check what is availability of space on MobiControl DB and MobiControl Archive DB. IF its full could you try shrinking the log files and see if it improves any performance of the instance. 

If the MobiControl instance is a cloud instance, open a support ticket with Soti support team at support@soti.net, so that they can investiage the cause and fix the probem for you.

If the instance is on-premises, you might have to collect more information to locate the real cause(s) of your problem.  For examples, 

- check the cpu and network utilization % with Microsoft Server standard utility to see if there is any bottleneck or congestion pattern based on time of day, frequency or duration, etc.

- check DS/MS log files for abnormal warning/error messages/entries

- check size of MobiControlDB in your MS-SQL server to see if the size approach limit in your SQL edition

etc.

If you have the right knowhow and expertise, you might try re-running the MobiControl installation binary.  While all binaries and libraries should remain unchanged, the re-run installation process may clean up stray/corrupted items in some MobiControlDB tables in your MS-SQL database  and solve your problem.

thx for your answer, we have an on premise installation. logs are ok, cpu usage also, sometimes it happens that the

management service is running on 100 % then i have to restart the service. but the console is everytime slow also when the cpu is running with only 5 % . i have reinstalled mobicontrol same result.  ram and db size is also ok. i have opend an ticket.
