You could create an Alert for the device group you' re interested in, the trigger for the alert would be "Device Event" and "Device has not been connected for N (minutes) (Minimum 60)", the action would then to then relocate to another Device group.

The issue here is a disconnection from Mobicontrol could be power off, MC agent disconnected or device without internet connection etc.

You could also use a filter group instead but be aware you need to "refresh" (edit without change and save it)) the filter before you check the outcome allways to get the correct output.

I recommend: Set up a filter and save it, so you can easily use it from saved filters.

But in general everything this related depends on how you want to use it (get a notification, then adams solution is good; or just for regular work, then i would use the saved filter option).
